Yes, we offer competitive volume discounts. The discount percentage increases with order quantity. For orders above 5,000 pairs, please contact our sales team for special pricing. We also offer additional discounts for long-term contracts and repeat orders.
We use premium materials including waterproof membranes (up to 20,000mm), Primaloft® and Thinsulate™ insulation, conductive touchscreen yarns, and durable outer shells. Material choices can be customized for OEM/ODM projects.
Yes. Sample orders are available. Sample fees may apply and can often be deducted from your first bulk order. Lead time for samples is typically 7–15 days depending on customization.
Standard production lead time is 30–45 days after deposit and sample approval. Peak season may require longer lead times. Express production can be arranged for an additional fee.
We ship worldwide via sea freight, air freight, and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We can arrange FOB, CIF, or EXW terms based on your preference.
Yes. Full OEM/ODM is available including custom design, materials, branding, packaging, and private label. Our design team can work from tech packs, samples, or brand concepts.
Absolutely. We support embroidery, printing, woven labels, hangtags, and custom packaging with your branding.
Our factory is ISO 9001 certified. Products can be CE marked and tested via SGS upon request. We provide inspection reports and can support third-party QC.
We perform material inspection, in-process QC, and 100% final inspection. Critical measurements, waterproof tests, and visual checks are documented for each batch.
